BAND MERCHANDISE
Is this real? (licensed/official merch)
yes, we are the only place outside of Japan where you can get authentic, licensed & official merchandise of the japanese bands we directly work with.
Since JSF Berlin originated from Jesse's shop in Japan, we work directly with Jesse and therefor have a huge network to other artists.
Why don't you offer merch of artist/band .... ?
We are just as excited as you about finally offering merch of your favorite bands outside of Japan. We will be expanding the range of bands we represent, meanwhile drop us a message and let us know which bands merch you would be interested to purchase.
Will you sell design .... of artist/band .... ?
We are always expanding our range of products and designs. Please be patient while we work with the bands to bring you more options in the future.
ABOUT SCREEN PRINTING
What is screen printing?
The origins of silk printing can be linked to early Chinese textile techniques. While the term "screen printing" didn’t exist at the time, the practice of stenciling and block printing on fabric dates back to ancient China. The Chinese used silk fabrics and applied ink patterns through primitive stenciling techniques, often using brushes to apply the dye.
Japan further refined these techniques, particularly with woodblock printing, which involved transferring images to fabrics. In the 17th century, Japanese artisans also started using silk screens to transfer dye onto textiles, a method that would later influence modern screen printing.
In the 1910s, the technique began to evolve in the United States and Europe.
Overall, screen printing is a popular method of transferring ink onto a surface using a mesh screen. It's widely used for creating designs on t-shirts, posters, and other items.
Why did you choose screen printing as production method?

PRODUCTS & GIFT CARDS
A product I would like to order is sold old, when will it be in stock?
We do our best to restock any sold out products whenever we can! However, there are times when we do not plan to restock (e.g. when the product or design is limited edition or retired).
If the product is planned for a restock, hit the ‘NOTIFY ME’ button on the product page and share your email to be notified when it’s back.
I would like to purchase a gift card, how can I do that?
As of now we do not offer gift cards, but it might be something we will offer in the future.

How can I pay for my order?
We offer a variety of secure payment options to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible:

We take the security of your payment information seriously and use SSL encryption technology for all transactions to protect your data.
I just placed an order and would like to change it. How can I do that?
Once your order has been placed we are unable to make any adjustments, this includes: cancelling, adding, removing or updating any items or the shipping/billing address in your order.
We are also unable to combine multiple orders.
I placed one order. Why are there multiple charges on my card?
When you place an order, we automatically try and get an authorization from your bank or credit card company for the cost of your order. If multiple unsuccessful payment attempts are made, these may be reflected on your account.
This authorization is not a charge to your card or account. It’s just a way for us to check that the funds are available. If there are multiple charges showing up, they are for authorization purposes only. These funds will NOT be withdrawn from your bank account.
To be safe, you can always call your bank or credit card company to double check.
My payment failed, what should I do?
If your payment failed, there are a few steps you can take:
Check your payment information: Make sure the payment information you entered is correct, including the card number, expiration date and security code.
Check your balance: If you're using a debit card, make sure your account has enough funds to complete the transaction.
Try again: Sometimes payments may fail due to temporary network issues or bank verifications. Try the payment again after some time.
Contact your bank: If your payment continues to fail, your bank may have blocked the transaction for security reasons. Contact your bank to make sure there are no issues with your card or account.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
How much is shipping?
Germany
Domestic shipping is 6,19 € or free on all orders $59 or more (before taxes).
European Union
Shipping within the European Union is 16,49 € or free on all orders $99 USD or more (before taxes).
All orders are shipped including a tracking ID, so that at any time you can keep and eye on your order.
Duties and import fees are not charged within Germany and the European Union.
My order just shipped! Why does the tracking link I received not work?
It's not a problem — your package is on its way! Tracking information for shipments can take a few days to be updated.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. If you received a shipping confirmation on Friday or before a holiday, your order may not leave our facility until the end of the next business day.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping times can vary depending on where you live.
Orders are usually processed within 3 business days. Due to increased volume during new product launches, orders may take up to 8 to 10 business days to ship.
Shipping carriers may be experiencing additional delays due to holidays or other events, so we aren’t able to guarantee delivery by an exact date.
Do you ship to countries outside of Germany and the European Union?
For a list of locations we’re able to ship to, check out the shipping information page.
If your country is not listed, we are not able to ship there at this time.
You can also enter your address prior to payment during checkout to confirm whether we’re able to ship to your address.
Why don't you ship to my country?
We are just as excited as you about finally offering these products outside of Japan. Unfortunately as of now, we are only able to ship within Germany and the European Union.
We are working hard to expand our activities and in the meantime ask for your patience.

How do I return my order? Do you accept returns?
We would like to avoid returns as much as possible, but if you are not satisfied with the product please contact us so that we can start the return process.
Please note that the goods must be new and unworn.
Generally all our products pages have a size chart and information on measurements. All of our products are oversized, typical street style ya know.
So if you're not sure which size to pick, go for a size smaller on t-shirts or a size larger for hoodies.
We are also happy to help! Just us an email to support@jsf-berlin.com with your height and your normal t-shirt size. That way we'll be sure to find the right piece for you and avoid unnecessary returns.

Do you have a physical store I can visit?
As of now JSF Berlin does not have a physical store that you you can visit.
Since we are the counterpart to JSF Togoshi though, we would love to open a similar shop in the future.
